Bumblebees in the butt - a German saying for someone who never needs to rest. Charlotte’s love for the tourism and hospitality industry continued to grow when she took a work& travel trip to Australia, followed by a traineeship at the German National Tourist Board in New York City. The native of Munich took on her first MICE challenge at a German DMC, where she organized events for up to 800 people. When Charlotte joined Lieb Management, a German agency which creates efficient marketing, sales & PR campaigns for successful positioning of global destinations, hotels & brands in the European MICE markets, she quickly became an expert for the trends and developments of the German-speaking MICE industry. Maybe, when she finally sits down for a rest she will take some time to enjoy the peace and quiet of nature– but she is never taking nap. Bumblebees always keep moving, and so does Charly.
